During our time together, we will explore simple mindfulness practices and practical self-care strategies to help you:
• Recharge your mind and body.
• Make the most of your summer break.
• Cultivate calm, gratitude, and joy.
• Create meaningful habits to carry into the new school year.
This will be an interactive, welcoming space to reflect, connect, and simply take an hour for yourself. No prior mindfulness experience is necessary, just come as you are.
